Pregnancy / Side Lying Massage
60 mins full-body £50.00
It’s not all about you however as massage can greatly benefit the baby too. ‘Feel good’ endorphins are released by you during your massage and are passed on to your baby. For me, there is nothing quite like feeling your baby kick and move as they respond to your massage treatment.
Please note, mobile massage treatments will incur an additional £10.00 fee.
Deep Tissue
70 mins £65.00
Deep tissue massage is a massage technique that’s mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduce tension in muscle and tissue.
It may also promote faster healing by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation. Deep tissue massage offers both physical and psychological benefits. Unlike other massage techniques that focus on relaxation, deep tissue massage helps to treat muscle pain and improve stiffness. But it can still help to you unwind mentally, too.
This treatment focuses on the deeper muscles and the fascia (connective tissue between muscles) that we sometimes feel stress or tension in. This is an intensive but deeply relaxing treatment.
Please note, mobile massage treatments will incur an additional £10.00 fee.
